3. KYC Requirement

4. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are for the period specified at purchase (monthly/quarterly).
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly opted in.

5. Intellectual Property
All research notes, reports, and content published by Trade Like Experts are the intellectual property of Chetankumar Divakar Amin. Subscribers may not share, reproduce, redistribute, or resell research content without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Use
Subscribers must not redistribute paid research to non-subscribers, use our content for commercial purposes, or misrepresent our research as their own. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Like Experts and Chetankumar Divakar Amin shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of our research.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Fees are disclosed transparently before payment, and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time as described below. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. Early Termination — Proportionate Refund
In line with SEBI's regulations for Research Analysts, if you cancel an active subscription before its term ends, you are entitled to a proportionate refund of fees for the unexpired period. No breakage fee or cancellation penalty is charged. The refund is calculated from the date your written cancellation request is received at chetanamin_1@hotmail.com.
3. Other Eligible Refund Cases
- Technical non-delivery: If research was not delivered for 7 or more consecutive trading days due to a technical failure on our end (not Telegram outages), you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the undelivered period.
- KYC not completed: If your KYC verification cannot be completed within 5 days of payment through no fault of yours, a full refund will be processed.
- Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Refunds will not be issued on the basis of trading losses, market outcomes, or dissatisfaction with research calls.
- Refunds are not available if you have already received and used the research for the subscription period.
- KYC refusals due to non-cooperation or submission of invalid documents.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email chetanamin_1@hotmail.com within 7 days of the issue with your payment ID, registered mobile number and reason. We will respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and any proportionate refund due for the unexpired period (see Section 2 above) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Delivery Method & Timing
- Intraday Research: Delivered via private Telegram channel when trade is generated, on each NSE trading day.
- Swing Research: Delivered via private Telegram channel when qualifying setups are identified (typically 8–12 per month).
- Investing Research: Deep-dive reports delivered quarterly via Telegram/email.

3. Subscription Activation
Research delivery commences within 24–48 hours of successful KYC completion. You will receive a Telegram channel invite link via your registered mobile number or email once KYC is cleared.
4. Delivery Failures
In the unlikely event of a technical delivery failure (not attributable to Telegram platform outages), please contact us at chetanamin_1@hotmail.com within 24 hours. We will ensure delivery or provide compensation for affected periods per our refund policy.
5. No Physical Shipment
